An Agent arranges a sale of LPS Mapping or Geographic Information for LPS ·LPS invoices the customer ·LPS sets the price ·The agent gets a commission from LPS, called a finder’s fee. The liabilities and contracts are directly between LPS and the customer. The liabilities and contracts are in a chain, the distributor being liable in the first instance.
