Valuation Certificate Notification of a Change to a Capital Value

Land & Property Services has been updating Capital Valuations for domestic properties.

This means that if your property has been improved, extended, added to or altered in any way over the last seven years you will receive a new Valuation Certificate in the post.

This certificate will show the amended Capital Value and will have an accompanying information note from Land & Property Services to explain when the changes will take effect. Your Capital Value is used to calculate your rates bills.
