LPS opens Customer Information Centre in Ballymena

Land & Property Services Customer Information Centre to Open in Ballymena

Land & Property Services (LPS) is to extend the range of products and services they provide at the Academy House shop for the people of Ballymena and surrounding areas.

With the opening of the first One Stop Shop, LPS customers will be able to access a range of products and services, many of which would previously only have been available from the Belfast shop located at Lincoln Building.  

The enhanced ‘Customer Information Centre’ will open on Wednesday 28 October 2009 and is located at Academy House, 121A Broughshane Street, TOWN PARKS, Ballymena BT43 6HY.

Staff will be available to assist customers with a wide range of rating, valuation, land registration and mapping queries.  The products and services available to customers will include:

Rates

  • answering queries
  • discussing payment options including setting up direct debits
  • information on getting help to pay your rates

Valuation

  • inspect the Valuation List
  • answering enquiries about rateable valuations
  • make an application for revision of the Valuation List

Land Registration

  • searching land and property ownership in Northern Ireland
  • purchase of uncertified Land Registry copy maps and folios

Maps Available

  • ACEmaps for planning permission
  • a selection of standard printed and historical maps; and
  • OSNI paper maps

We would encourage the people of Ballymena and beyond to visit the Centre to see for themselves the enhanced range of products and services now available in their local area.

The Customer Information Centre will be open Monday to Thursday from 9.30am – 4.30pm and on Friday from 10am – 4.30pm.
