This information is given to government bodies through the publication of policy documents and information notes as well as one to one discussions with clients directly. Who is Central Advisory Unit?The unit is staffed by property professionals who are based within Land and Property Services (Valuation Services). Why is there a Central Advisory Unit?This unit was set up after a report was published in March 1994. The report was called “Management and Disposal of Government- Owned Land” and it recommended that such a unit be established to provide good advice to all public sector bodies. |
