This Rating section of the website is split into three sections :-

1. Valuation of Property

Domestic

From April 2007 the domestic rating system is based on the capital value of your property based on 01 January 2005 prices.

Rates in respect of non-domestic properties eg businesses and offices will continue to be based on the rental value of your property.

Landlord and agent status is available to all landlords in Northern Ireland who own and have accepted rates liability for properties. This excludes landlords' and agents' residential addresses, second homes or personal holiday homes.
