Valuation of PropertyLand & Property Services provides a valuation for all properties in Northern Ireland which are subject to rates. The valuations for domestic properties are based on the capital value of your property based on 01 January 2005 prices. Non-domestic properties are valued on a Net Annual Value basis. The values of properties are given in the Valuation Lists. These lists refer to specific time periods. |
